Joyful Magnitude of the Servant

Psalms 35:27 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 35 in context

Scripture Focus

27Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
Psalms 35:27

Biblical Context

Joy and gladness arise when you align with the righteous inner cause, and you continually praise the Lord who delights in the prosperity of the servant within you.

Neville's Inner Vision

Observe that the verse does not ask you to petition a distant deity; it invites you to awaken to a state of being. The 'righteous cause' is your alignment with Truth, the inner order of your I AM. When you choose to assume this, you shall shout for joy and be glad, for you have joined the mind that knows itself as prosperity. The Lord being magnified is the act of recognizing that you are the I AM, and that this awareness delights in the prosperity of your inner servant - the habits and activities that serve Truth. As you persist in the affirmations, 'the Lord is magnified' and 'my inner servant prospers,' you initiate a gracious current in your life. Your inner vision becomes outer scenes: renewed health, clear guidance, the right opportunities, and graceful outcomes. The joy and praise are not mere emotion; they are the inward signal that you have returned to your true state and that the inner creature thrives under the Lord's watchful delight.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly, place your hand on your heart, and, with eyes closed, repeat: 'The Lord is magnified in me; I prosper now.' Feel the rising joy as your inner servant expands; practice this for 2–5 minutes daily.
