Read Luke 21 in context

Scripture Focus

9But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.
Luke 21:9

Biblical Context

Luke 21:9 urges not to fear when hearing of wars and commotions; such events must occur, but the end is not yet. The verse points to inner steadiness as the true measure of experience.

Neville's Inner Vision

In the river of life, outward wars appear as storms on the surface of your consciousness. Do not mistake them for your reality, for they are merely the echoes of inner movements. When you hear of commotions, lift your attention to the I AM that dwells within, the eternal observer who is never shaken. The end Jesus speaks of is not a catastrophe to fear, but the awakening of desire fulfilled through consistent inner conviction. These external events must first come to pass because your mind has not yet fully aligned with the reality you seek; the time you call 'not yet' is simply your invitation to revise. So stand in the awareness that you are the dreamer, and your imagination breathes life into what you take to be future. If you imagine yourself as calm, composed, and triumphant in spirit, the echo will reflect that alignment, and the world will move accordingly. Perseverance and trust in the inner promise turn turmoil into a signal, not a verdict; Providence guides you by the steady light of your own assumption.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes, breathe, and affirm I AM calm as the observer of all events; revise the turmoil as passing phenomena. Feel the truth of that calm until it becomes your immediate sensation.
