Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Jesus remarks on the temple's adornment and warns that the days are coming when not a single stone will be left on another. The outer forms are transient and point to a deeper, unshakeable reality.
Neville's Inner Vision
To Luke 21:5-6, the stones of the temple are symbols of fixed outer conditions you have trusted as security. When Jesus foretells that there shall not be left one stone upon another, he is teaching that the outer world of form must dissolve for the inner reality to emerge. The day will come when the grand edifice falls, not as judgment on you, but as invitation: do not worship the building; awaken to the I AM that witnesses the building's coming and going. Your true temple is a state of consciousness, not a facade of bricks. If you dwell in the feeling that you are the consciousness which perceives, you are already beyond the toppled stones. The shift is not in changing external circumstances, but in shifting inner definitions—declaring "I AM" the reality behind every appearance, and feeling that witness as real. As you imagine, revise any lack or limitation by stepping into the inner sanctuary and affirming abundance, health, or peace as already yours. The world may crumble, but your inward temple endures when you claim it with faith and quiet certainty.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and picture the inner sanctuary. Say I AM and feel the state as real, then live from that consciousness today.
