Inner Battle of Ezekiel 38:14-16
Ezekiel 38:14-16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The passage commands Ezekiel to prophesy to Gog; a northern advance against Israel will occur in the latter days so that God may be sanctified and the nations may know Him.
Neville's Inner Vision
From the Neville lens, Gog is not a future army but a probability in your own mind, a voice from the north that arises when you forget you are the I AM. 'In that day my people dwell safely' is your present calm, a decision of mind you make that invites testing, a cloud moving across the mental sky. The north wind and the great host are simply thoughts and habits you have not yet subjected to awareness. When the cloud covers the land, you are reminded that belief can obscure perception, yet the text says I will bring thee against my land that the nations may know me. In your inner sense, sanctification is not punishment but revelation: God is known through the overcoming of fear and the steady assertion 'I AM.' Each such encounter is a demonstration that the self, not external events, sanctifies the mind and makes the divine presence visible to all who observe within and without.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and imagine you are already dwelling safely in the I AM. When thoughts of danger arise (Gog), revise them by declaring 'This is a cloud that passes; I remain in God.'
