Biblical Context
God's word comes as a command to gather the exiles returning from Babylon and to enter the inner house of Josiah. This describes bringing scattered thoughts into a single inner order.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice the word of the LORD comes as a command to gather those imprisoned thoughts—Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah—those who wandered from Babylon. They are not far-off people but old pictures and attitudes you carried, the sense of exile from your kingdom of I AM. The 'house of Josiah' represents inner order, a temple where the I AM reigns and which no doubt can overturn. When you hear this command, you do not seek elsewhere; you perform the inner act today, this same day, by bringing these states into the one room of consciousness where Josiah's discipline rules. This is not effort; it is recognition. Imagine the exiles as present within you, and you affirm: I AM the Word; I call them home. In that act, your inner world aligns with truth you intend to live, and the outward appears as the reflection of your renewed state. The prophecy and promise you seek are born in the decision to inhabit your inner sanctuary with unity, hope, and a future existing in consciousness.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, name three captive thoughts (fear, lack, doubt), and imagine them entering the inner house of Josiah today. Then declare, 'I AM the Word; I call them home,' and rest in that realizational feeling.
