Mountains to Plain: Inner Spirit
Zechariah 4:6-7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The passage declares that human strength is not the source of achievement; obstacles yield to the Spirit's power. It invites you to rely on inner Spirit rather than external might.
Neville's Inner Vision
Begin with the unmistakable truth that the LORD's word is not a decree about outward force, but a revelation of your inner capacity. Not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit within you, you are invited to witness any mountain melt into a plain. Your life, Zerubbabel here symbolizes the project in your heart, is not advanced by fretful effort but by the Spirit moving as awareness. The great mountain is your habit of limitation; when you acknowledge the Spirit as your actual working principle, the obstacle loses its edge and becomes a plain ground for you to walk. The headstone, the completion, is brought forth with shouting 'Grace, grace'—a double release of favor in your imagination and your feeling. When you rest in this inner decree, you are choosing the reality of the unseen, the inner workshop where God (I AM) fashions form through your awareness. The outside is but a sign of your interior alignment; as you claim grace and speak grace, you align with the Spirit's seamless accomplishment in your life.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and declare: Not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit within me. Then visualize the mountain becoming a plain and hear 'Grace, grace' echo as the project completes.
