Threshing Floor Manifestation
Ruth 3:1-18 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Ruth 3 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Naomi counsels Ruth to seek rest for her. Ruth follows the plan at the threshing floor, and Boaz promises to act as kinsman if the nearer relative declines, securing a future for Ruth and Naomi.
Neville's Inner Vision
Ruth portrays a state of consciousness seeking rest; Naomi is the directive of your mind urging alignment with a settled, favorable covenant. Boaz embodies the Higher Self—the I AM ready to bestow protection, provision, and blessing—when you consent to an inner change. The midnight moment and the uncovering of Ruth's feet symbolize the moment you uncover belief and let the new state inhabit your foundation. When Ruth says, 'spread therefore thy skirt over thine handmaid,' she asks to be clothed with the blessing of the covenant; Boaz's blessing reveals that your world will respond once the inner state is recognized as already complete. There remains a nearer kinsman—a doubt or old habit—but your true kinsman, the divine life within you, will complete the part. By morning, provision flows and the inner state is established in the outer; the law of fulfilled desire is at work, here and now.
Practice This Now
Assume you are already cared for and secured by a covenanted blessing. Sense the presence of your inner Boaz and feel the relief and gratitude as if your goal has already appeared.
