Wings of Ruth: Grace Within
Ruth 2:10-12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Ruth humbles herself, asking why she’s found grace. Boaz notes her faithful acts for Naomi and that she has come to trust under the LORD’s wings, a sign of divine reward.
Neville's Inner Vision
Ruth is a state of consciousness bowing before its I AM. The grace she finds is not granted by a person but recognized by the inner law: faithful acts aligned with your highest self are already seen and recompensed by God, the Presence you trust. When Ruth says she is a stranger, she speaks for any part of you that feels alien to its divine origin; the reply comes in Boaz’s acknowledgement—you have been seen, your past fidelity remembered, and the whole self rejoices. The phrase under whose wings you have come to trust is a symbol of your I AM sheltering you. Providence is not distant; it is the felt sense of protection you hold now. Your humility is not weakness but the clear stance of one who knows whose you are. As you extend kindness to the 'Naomi' within, you open a field where reward flows in proportion to your trust in the inner law. Your life becomes Ruth’s: a life under grace, guided by the Inner Shepherd who recompenses every faithful act.
Practice This Now
Practice: Close your eyes and assume you are already under the wings of the One Presence; feel that you are known and recompensed for faithful acts. Repeat, 'I am seen, I am held, I am rewarded,' until the sensation of protection floods your body.
