Read Revelation 9 in context

Scripture Focus

1And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
Revelation 9:1-2

Biblical Context

Revelation 9:1-2 describes a heavenly messenger giving a key to the bottomless pit, which is opened to release smoke. The smoke darkens the sun and air.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider the fifth angel not as an external agent, but as a moment when you allow a new state of consciousness to descend into your daily life. The star that falls represents a shift in your inner weather; the key to the bottomless pit is your ability to decide, in I AM-awareness, what you permit to incubate in the subconscious. When you unlock the pit with a firm assumption, the pit's smoke rises—your old pictures, fears, and patient judgments—like the smoke of a furnace. The sun and air darken not because the world punishes you, but because your attention is momentarily wrapped in mental night. Yet this is not final: as Neville, you know the night is an invitation to revise. By holding the end in mind—feeling that it is done, dwelling in the I AM that already has your desire—you convert the smoke into light, and the air clarifies. The opening of the pit becomes a doorway to the manifestation you have already imagined inwardly; your inner star has fallen to earth to reveal the kingdom within.

Practice This Now

For 2–5 minutes, sit quietly and declare, I AM the I AM of my life; the bottomless pit is opened now; I choose the light. Then vividly imagine the pit's smoke dissipating as sun-bright clarity fills your mind.
