The thunder, the waters, the multitude are the experiential sounds of your awareness when you assent to the truth that the Lord God omnipotent reigneth—your awareness reigning over appearances. See this scene as your present inner arrangement: the throne, the authority, the praise, all arising from within and declaring sovereignty over form. Practically, you revise your sense of self into the one who rules, rather than the one who is ruled.
