Inner Waters Transformed by Belief
Revelation 16:3-4 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
These verses show the sea and rivers turning to blood, with the life in the waters dying as the vials are poured. In Neville's frame, this depicts a turning point in consciousness when a false sense of separation dominates.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice the 'sea' and 'rivers' are not distant waters but inner streams of feeling and thought. When the vial is poured, the life of those streams seems extinguished; this is the symbol of a moment when a cherished image of separation or lack has fully claimed your inner weather. In Neville’s psychology, God is I AM, awareness; the angels, not outside beings, are your assumptions and judgments you entertain about your world. To turn the sea into blood is to identify with a belief that life is running dry, that supply, vitality, even love, are 'dead' in your experience. Yet the page invites you to understand that the true remedy is not resistance but revision: you must revise your sense of what is real by reimagining the waters as alive through your awareness. The blood becomes life when you insist that all waters are sustained by the I AM within you; the judgment dissolves as you feel the reality of wholeness here and now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative_act: Sit quietly, close your eyes, and revise the scene by stating, 'The sea and rivers in my life are alive through I AM.' Then feel the water return to life as you acknowledge your consciousness as the source of all flow.
