Neville's Inner Vision

Think of Armageddon not as an external battlefield but as the ignition of inner forces within the mind. The gathering is the gathering of thoughts, beliefs, and desires into a single focal point by the I AM that you are. In this vision, the Hebrew name Armageddon points to the convergence of all opposed states—tension and resolution, fear and faith—so that they meet under one governed activity of consciousness. When you realize you are the imaginer of every scene, the so-called enemies dissolve into energies awaiting your command. The I AM, as your present awareness, need only decide the state from which you wish to act. If you imagine peace, boldness, and right order, you no longer fight Armageddon outside you; you attend to it within, softening resistance, aligning will, and declaring the Kingdom of God within as your actual state. The moment you assume that you are already that unity, the gathering of forces is transformed into a harmonious procession toward a single, peaceful goal.
