Worship the I AM Within
Revelation 13:1-4 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
These verses describe a beast rising from the sea, empowered by the dragon. Many worship the beast, seeking power in external authority instead of recognizing the I AM within.
Neville's Inner Vision
I stand with you on the shore of your own sea of images, for the beast is not a distant creature but a field of consciousness that takes form when fear, pride, and longing mingle. The seven heads and ten horns speak of countless faces this outer belief wears in your mind. The dragon that gives power is the belief that you are separable from your source, that authority lies outside your I AM. When one head seems wounded and the wound seems healed, the world is astonished, yet the healing is your invitation to revise. The moment you accept that power belongs to the I AM within you, the outer beast loses its grip. The world wonders only as long as you forget your unity with God. Worship shifts from the beast or the dragon to the timeless I AM that animates you. You are not fighting a creature; you are rewiring your inner signal until fear dissolves into luminous selfhood. Imagination creates reality; thus the beast is your current story about power, not a fact about outward rulers. See the sea as your subconscious, watch the beast rise as a belief you choose to starve by turning attention to your true I AM.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and presume the I AM as your only power. Revise the scene by declaring there is no power but God in me, and feel it-real until the beast dissolves.
