Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
An open little book is held with one foot on the sea and the other on the earth, as a loud voice roars and seven thunders speak; then a heavenly command says to seal up and write nothing.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the inner theater, the open little book in your hand is your awareness that knows itself as you. The right foot on the sea and the left on the earth declare that you master the flux of desire and feeling while remaining rooted in your true identity. The roaring lion is the I AM, the decisive force of consciousness pressing forth what you affirm as real. The seven thunders are powerful inner revelations that arise when you explore the depths of your being; they speak, yet you are told to seal them and write them not, meaning that certain truths are meant for inner transformation and not outward proclamation. The instruction to seal invites discretion: allow the inner knowing to settle into your being so outer circumstances can harmonize with it when your inner state is ready. The practical move is simple—assume the state of the fulfilled consciousness, feel it now, and refrain from broadcasting every inner insight. Keep the revelations sealed in imagination, and trust the creative power of your inner life to birth outward signs in due season.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: sit quietly, place your attention on the open book in your hand, and affirm, 'I AM the aware author of my inner tides and lands'; permit some inner revelations to remain sealed while you live from that inner truth until outer signs align.
