Fear before him becomes reverent attention to your inner state; fear here is not fear of punishment but reverence that ensures alignment. Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth translates to: acknowledge within that your inner ruler - your I AM - reigns in every circumstance, so the world is established in your awareness. The inner court judges not by human standards but by the law of divine consistency - righteous judgment flowing from inner peace. The verse shifts from outward worship to inner transformation; as you consistently assume a state where you already are ruled by the I AM, the outer circumstances align accordingly. Practically, you practice by assuming the state of sovereignty, feeling it real, and allowing the outer to reflect the inner. The verse invites you to dwell in the certainty that the kingdom is within and already established.
