The only reality you can claim is the one you assume in imagination. When you notice such a storm within, revise the scene by affirming that the sanctuary is intact and the dwelling place of thy name remains uninjured in your mind. Rest there in awareness, and let the image of the I AM fill the temple, dissolving the fiery image of disruption. As you persist in this inner worship, the outward world aligns with your inner signal. The true worship is inner alignment, not ritual, and purity is restored by the authority of consciousness.
