Psalms 72:15

Biblical Context

Psalm 72:15 promises a ruler who lives, gains wealth, and is continually prayed for and praised; it points to an inner source of abundance through conscious states.

Neville's Inner Vision

All the language speaks of a state of consciousness, not a distant history. When the psalm says he shall live, and to him shall be given the gold of Sheba, it is you who live in the richness of your imagination, and that wealth is the inner gold you claim by the state you maintain. Prayer continually is not begging but constant inner dialogue with the I AM, the reality you ARE. The daily praise is your habitual recognition of your divine nature, your kingly faculty—the part of you that presides over thoughts and turns every experience into its true image. The king’s prosperity is the symptom of a mind aligned with its own source. By assuming life as an ongoing beingness in which you are already supplied, you invite outer forms to reflect that inward reality. The verse invites you to dwell in two activities: continual prayer (alignment) and daily praise (affirmation). Do not chase outcomes; close your eyes and return to the feeling that you are held by the divine I AM, living, abundant, praised.

Practice This Now

Sit quietly and assume the feeling of continuous life and inner wealth. Silently repeat, 'I am alive, richly supplied, and I continually commune with the I AM; I praise the I AM daily.'
