In The Shadow Of Wings, Joy Realized
Psalms 63:7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God has helped me, and I rejoice. I dwell under the shadow of divine wings.
Neville's Inner Vision
Notice the psalm speaks not of external safety but of a state of consciousness that has already formed. 'Because thou hast been my help' declares that help is an act of the I AM, not a distant force. When you acknowledge the I AM as the source of this help, your sense of self shifts from plea to realization. The 'shadow of thy wings' is the felt atmosphere of protection produced by your awareness—an inner shelter you enter by assumption. If you awaken each morning and affirm, 'I am upheld by the I AM; I am enfolded in the wings of divine care,' you stop chasing outcomes and begin to govern them by inner conviction. The moment you accept that your experience of help is complete in your consciousness, the body relaxes, time softens, and the world reflects your inward posture. Practice this now: assume the state 'I am helped now' and let the warmth, shelter, and safety of that inner wing fill you until it feels real. Your life becomes the outward sign of your inward assurance.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, say, 'I am helped now,' and feel the winged shelter surround you. Breathe deeply until the feeling of protection becomes your natural state.
