Scripture Focus

1Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
Psalms 41:1

Biblical Context

Blessed is the one who considers the poor, for the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.

Neville's Inner Vision

Blessed is he that considereth the poor reveals that the 'poor' are not merely others but the poverty of my own consciousness. When I regard this lack with compassionate attention, I stop resisting it and invite the I AM to act. The deliverance promised is not an outside rescue but the waking of perception—the moment I realize I am one with God, the I AM that never lacks. By consciously choosing to bless the lack within, I align my imagination with abundance and set in motion the law of assumption: what I hold in mind becomes my experience. The inner act of mercy dissolves fear, strengthens trust, and attracts divine provision. Thus the time of trouble becomes a signal to deepen this inner stance; as I maintain the vision of mercy, the sense of deliverance grows, and I move through the world with grace, knowing I am sustained by the One I AM.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume you are the one who already delivered yourself by caring for the poor within; feel the I AM surrounding you, and allow abundance to flow into your life now.
