Read Psalms 35 in context

Scripture Focus

24Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
25Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
26Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.
Psalms 35:24-26

Biblical Context

The psalmist asks God to judge him by righteousness and to keep his enemies from rejoicing over his downfall. The message invites you to align your inner state with divine justice so fear loses its grip.

Neville's Inner Vision

Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness becomes an invitation to let the I AM within you set the standard. When you stand in that unwavering awareness, the imagined victories of adversaries lose power, for you are governed by divine law, not by outer verdicts. The so-called them who would rejoice over your hurt are merely voices of fear in your mind; refuse to answer their hymn with belief. By dwelling in the truth that you are already righteous, you reverse the scene and bind confusion to the old drama. Their hearts may cry Ah, so would we have it, but you ignore the chorus and let the inner judge reveal your innocence. Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt becomes the realization that shame is the veil lifting from false sight. In this consciousness, you are vindicated now, held safe by the I AM, and the outer appearances conform to that inner order.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Assume the feeling that you are righteous now and declare I AM within me judges all. Visualize a bright inner court clearing your name and sealing you in peace for this moment.
