Consider that the 'counsel of the heathen' and the 'devices of the people' are not out there forces but inner states made visible through outer events. The LORD, your I AM, doesn't fight them; He dissolves them by your conviction. When you stand in the state of I AM, you do not resist 'them' but revise your assumption until it ends; imagine these external counsels collapsing into nothingness like mist in sunlight. The external world becomes the mirror of your inner shift. The devices of people fall away as you insist on your chosen end; the more real you feel the end, the more the world rearranges to fit that end. Providence enters as immediate inner certainty, guiding thoughts, feelings, and actions into alignment with the fulfilled state. You are not at the mercy of others' plans but sovereign in your inner life; accountability becomes trust in your own capacity to imagine and accept the truth you desire.
