8Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
Psalms 3:6-8

Biblical Context

David declares he will not fear the ten thousands around him; he calls on the Lord to save him and affirms that salvation belongs to the Lord.

Neville's Inner Vision

Reader, the Psalm reveals the inner battlefield and the rise of the I AM within. When ten thousand fears circle you, the true defense is the consciousness you choose to inhabit. I am not afraid; I am the awareness that stands as one with the I AM. Arise, O LORD; let this inner awareness rise and save you in the moment. The enemies you fear are only thoughts counterfeit to your union with life. In a single act of inner assumption, you strike at the cheekbone of struggle by declaring, 'I and the I AM are one,' and the teeth of limitation crumble under the weight of that truth. Salvation belongs to the LORD—the living, guiding principle of your being. Your blessing is already upon you when you dwell in this realization. Selah; pause and let the awareness of your oneness saturate every cell, for deliverance is a change of being, not a change of circumstance.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes and repeat 'I AM' until you feel the inner shield surrounding you; then imagine the crowd of fears dissolving into a field of light as you rest in oneness. Let this felt line linger until fear loses its grip.
