Dew of Blessing Within

Psalms 133:3 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 133 in context

Scripture Focus

3As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.
Psalms 133:3

Biblical Context

The verse speaks of divine refreshment descending on Zion, bringing blessing and life.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of the dew as the precise touch of your I AM, the breath of God refreshing the inner hills of your mind. Hermon and Zion symbolize your outer and inner maps; when you align with the I AM, the dew pours upon both, signifying a common blessing that is already established in consciousness. The line 'for there the LORD commanded the blessing' is not a distant decree but an inward command you are issuing to yourself: feel the blessing as if it is already given, here and now. The blessing is life—everlasting in quality and experience—because life is the awareness that you are not abandoned by God, but sustained by a continuous, intimate Presence. The dew-softened mountains suggest ease and grace flooding your inner weather; to awaken to this is to realize salvation, mercy, and grace as living states, not distant events. When you dwell in this feeling, you acknowledge the Presence as your own awareness; you become the Zion, the dwelling place of blessing, and your days reflect that abundance.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling of being blessed now. Visualize dew descending on the hills of your mind, your inner Zion, until that sensation rests as a natural condition in you.
