Psalm 104:34 is not a record of an outward routine but a description of your inner state. Your 'meditation of Him' is the turning of awareness toward the I AM, the realization that God is the one and only presence within you. When you assume the Presence, the sweetness of meditation arises as an inner conviction, and you become glad in the LORD because you are no longer alienated from His life. The outer world will echo this inner agreement as you persist in the feeling of the I AM, for imagination is the instrument through which reality is shaped. Let every moment be a revision: replace doubt with the certainty of His abiding presence, and let joy be the natural expression of that certainty. As you dwell in this state, you awaken to the truth that you are one with the divine, and the 'meditation' becomes a lived experience rather than a mere thought. Practice: hold the end in mind, feel it now, and let the gladness be your reality.
