God, in creation, orders the heavens, depths, clouds, seas, and earth. Wisdom is present with Him, signifying that order originates in consciousness.

In Proverbs 8:27-29 the speaker is Wisdom, claiming presence at creation. This is not distant myth but a claim about your inner state. The heavens are the horizons of awareness; the depth the subconscious you imagine; the clouds your floating possibilities; the fountains of the deep the sources of feeling and impulse. When you acknowledge that the one who orders the sea is the I AM within, you realize you are the creator of your experience, not its victim. The foundations of the earth are the steadiness of belief and the boundaries you set in thought and feeling. Wisdom is the active principle in you that ordains form. To practice, assume the identity of the I AM and revise lack by feeling as if you have already done so. The world you see is the dream of the One who was there at the beginning, and you are that One now.
