Guarding Your Inner Inheritance

Numbers 36:3 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Numbers 36 in context

Scripture Focus

3And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel, then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received: so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance.
Numbers 36:3

Biblical Context

The verse says that if a daughter marries into another tribe, her inheritance is taken from her father's allotment and given to the tribe she joins.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your true inheritance is not land but the constancy of your awareness. The daughters’ risk of loss when marrying into another tribe mirrors the mind’s temptation to identify with a foreign state of consciousness. When you entertain a belief that is not your own, you hand over your inner lot to that alien state and your abundance appears relocated. In the I AM language, you are always the sovereign of your scene; you write the terms by which your life is bought and sold. Therefore, cultivate a covenant loyalty—to the inner state you choose as your own. When you catch yourself aligning with another tribe, revise the scene: return to your original I AM, feel its security, and declare that the land of your inheritance remains with you, undisturbed by transient thoughts. Practice feeling-it-real that, regardless of outward marriages of circumstance, your true wealth stays intact because it is born from awareness, not from external arrangement.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, map your inner kingdom, and declare, I am loyal to the I AM that defines my wealth; feel that land returning to my consciousness as real.
