To the inner reader, Nehemiah 11:2 speaks not of a city on earth but of a city within. When you imagine yourself dwelling there, you align with the people’s blessing and attract the circumstances that reflect that inner choice: cooperative partners, resources, and an environment that supports your vocation. The act of offering yourself is the visible sign of an inner governance—your I AM, the I that is aware—authorizing a city to bloom in your heart. So declare now that you already live in this inner Jerusalem, that you belong to its community, that you are actively contributing to its safety, beauty, and order. Practice by assuming emissary-level certainty: you have placed yourself within this state, and the world responds to your inner move.
