Biblical Context

The passage lists a lineage from the exile to Joseph, culminating in Jesus, the one called Christ.

Neville's Inner Vision

To the Neville mind, the long list of names is not history but an inner genealogy of states of consciousness. Babylon in this script is a feeling of separation; Jechonias, Salathiel, and Zorobabel are stages of faith and order arising within until a new interior current moves. Abiud, Eliakim, Azor, Sadoc, Achim, Eliud, Eleazar, Matthan, and Jacob are the successive awakenings that knit the mind together, preparing the womb for birth. Joseph, the husband of Mary, stands as the inner guardian who tends Marys message in consciousness until Jesus, the Christ, is born anew within. The Christ is not a distant child but the living I AM that now births through your imagination. Every event you observe in the outer world follows your inner line of descent, pulled forward by the feeling that you are the I AM and that the promised reign of God is within. By honoring this inner genealogy you clear the sense of exile and invite the Christ into present experience, restoring the kingdom within.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit, breathe, and assume I am the I AM now. Visualize the inner names passing through you and the Christ waking in your life as present reality.
