Mark 5:30-31

Biblical Context

In Mark 5:30-31, Jesus senses power leaving him when a touch of faith occurs, while the crowd presses in and the disciples miss the inner meaning of healing.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this scene, the 'virtue' that flows from Christ is not a medical ingredient but a movement of your own consciousness. The press of the multitude represents the storm of ordinary thinking; the moment of touch is your decision to acknowledge a state of infinite presence within. When Jesus asks, 'Who touched my clothes?' he is not doubting the crowd but inviting you to notice your own act of faith. The healing does not come from without; it arises when you, as the I AM, become aware that virtue has awakened within you and you are the vessel through which that living energy returns to your body and life. The disciples’ question is their invitation to shift from externals to the inner law: presence, mercy, and trust. The inner implication is mercy is not earned but acknowledged; healing is the renewal of consciousness. Practice this as you dwell in acknowledgment of your own I AM and imagine the symptoms or circumstances touched and transformed by that recognition.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state 'I AM healed now.' Feel the inner virtue flowing through you as the I AM, and rest in that assurance until your body and life respond.
