Biblical Context
The verse asserts that the divine law is unchanging and precise; even heaven and earth cannot alter a single stroke of it.
Neville's Inner Vision
Luke 16:17 reveals that the law is not a distant rule but the living order of your own consciousness. The tittle of the law—the tiniest belief about yourself—cannot fail because it rests in the I AM, the constant awareness that never leaves you. The heavens and the earth that seem to pass away are only outer forms; the immutable principle at your center remains untouched. When you grasp that the law is permanent, you cease chasing changes in the world and begin to work through imagination. If any lack appears, revise it by assuming you are the one who writes the decree, and feel that all experiences obey your inner command. The moment you inhabit this conviction, your inner state becomes the cause and the world a faithful reflection. Do not fear the old forms; they are of the outer maze. BEING remains complete in you here and now, I AM your true self, and by this inner law all things are brought to pass.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit quietly for 2-3 minutes and assume you are the law—feel your inner state as already carrying the outcome you desire. Repeat 'I AM the Law' until it feels real.
