Faithful in Little, Richer Within

Luke 16:10-12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Luke 16 in context

Scripture Focus

10He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
11If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?
12And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?
Luke 16:10-12

Biblical Context

The passage teaches that fidelity in small matters mirrors fidelity in larger ones, and true riches come from inner stewardship rather than outward wealth. It invites examination of how one handles what is considered 'least' and whether that reflects ready inner abundance.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider that every outer event is a state of your own consciousness. The 'least' is any small habit or doubt you tolerate; when you persist in that fidelity, you prove you can be trusted with a larger charge in your inner kingdom. The 'unrighteous mammon' is the shifting, appearance-bound energy of the outer world; you demonstrate mastery not by counting coins, but by remaining faithful to your I AM in those tests. If you are faithful in the little, you awaken the inner ruler who can be entrusted with the 'true riches'—the vivid, creative realities that your imagination can birth. In this sense, wealth is not a purse but a state of being: to be faithful in the borrowed (another man's) is to discover what truly belongs to you by alignment with your divine self. Thus the measure of your capacity for abundance is the fidelity of your inner commitments when the outer screen flickers. The moment you choose consistency in your inner state, you unlock a reservoir of true riches within.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Today, when you catch yourself reacting to outer appearances, pause, revise, and assume: 'I am the I AM, steward of true riches.' Then feel the truth of that assumption by closing your eyes and imagining you already own the full abundance you desire, managing it with quiet trust.
