Biblical Context
Leviticus 7:6-7 states that the offerings for priests are eaten in a holy space, with a single law for the priests who atone, and the one who makes atonement receives it.
Neville's Inner Vision
In this passage, the 'holy place' becomes the inner sanctuary of consciousness where your I AM resides. The 'male among the priests' is your own ruling awareness, the part that mediates reality. When it says they shall eat thereof, picture yourself consuming the offering with full awareness, ingesting what you have consecrated within. The 'most holy' status is not distant ritual but your present state of purity, entered through consciousness. 'One law for them' points to the unity of your inner disposition—the single standard by which you confirm results: the I AM that knows you are already what you seek. The act of atonement is simply correcting a misbelief by maintaining focus on being-what-you-wish. When you imagine yourself as the priest who makes atonement, you claim possession of the outcome; your awareness becomes the living temple where your desires are fulfilled.
Practice This Now
Practice: Sit quietly, assume the role of the priest within your own mind, and in imagination eat the holy offering in the inner sanctuary. Repeat, with confidence: I AM, and I am whole; feel the truth until it is your present experience.
