Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
In Leviticus 4:34–35, the sin offering is prepared, blood is applied and the fat burned, symbolizing purification. The act ends in forgiveness.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your Bible is not a history lesson but a map of your interior life. The blood upon the horns of the altar is the touch of your attention at the focal points of desire, the places where you most strongly affirm a sense of separation. When the priest pours the blood and burns the fat, imagine the old, fearful self being consumed by the light of awareness. The altar is your inner center; the offerings are your imagined acts of assumption. To atone is to return to the state of I AM, to align with the truth that you are already forgiven and whole. The lifting of the blood to the horns represents directing your consciousness to precise points in your experience, rather than blasting the whole field with vague wishful thinking. By consciously choosing to release the fats—the attachments, prides, and fears—you feed the fire of imagination and release guilt. As you stand in this I AM state, the forgiveness is not earned but recognized, and your life begins to reflect that truth.
Practice This Now
Assume you are already forgiven. Close your eyes, place your attention on the horns of your inner altar, and feel the blood of awareness flowing there; let the fats of fear burn away in the flame of I AM.
