I Am Your God Within

Leviticus 25:38 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Leviticus 25 in context

Scripture Focus

38I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.
Leviticus 25:38

Biblical Context

The LORD is your God, who brought you out of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan and to be your God. It anchors identity, deliverance, and covenant as present truths.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within this charge lies a single, perpetual invitation: the I AM is your God here and now. The words do not ask God to come; they remind you that God is the awareness you identify with. Egypt is your habit of lack—old certainties you keep dragging with you; the deliverance is your shift in consciousness, not a distant rescue. The land of Canaan is the present divine state—awareness wherein God dwells as you. When you declare, 'I am the LORD your God,' you are naming your true identity as the I AM, not a power outside yourself. To be your God means you consent to think from this God-state, to feel, imagine, and act as if you already possess the land. Therefore, the verse becomes a practical instruction: assume the I AM as your real governor; revise every thought of limitation; live from that inner certainty, and watch the outer world echo it.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Close your eyes and adopt the I AM as the sole governor of your life. Revise any sense of bondage by affirming, 'I am the LORD your God,' and feel yourself walking in the land of Canaan here and now.
