Biblical Context
Leviticus 14:32 describes the rule for a person whose cleansing cannot be obtained, signaling a state of impurity and the procedures surrounding it. It points to an outer law that mirrors an inner condition.
Neville's Inner Vision
That verse speaks not of a public ritual alone, but of a state of consciousness that cannot reach outwardly what it seeks. The 'plague of leprosy' is the self-imposed separation you feel when your awareness cannot 'obtain' the cleansing you desire. The law says nothing of punishment; it reveals the inner mechanism by which you align with your truth. When your hand cannot grab what you believe will purify you, you are simply living under a belief that you are not yet clean. The inner law asks you to reverse the assumption: know that cleansing is already completed in your I AM, and that the act of purification is an inner acceptance, a revision of your sense of self. By assuming the feeling of wholeness, you invite the demonstration that corresponds to your inner state. Your outward condition will reflect the inner conviction as you persist in the consciousness of being clean, irrespective of appearances.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and, within the I AM that you are, imagine a clear stream of cleansing light washing through you; repeat 'I am clean' until the feeling of wholeness becomes your immediate awareness.
