Inner Purity Vision

Leviticus 11:36-38 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Leviticus 11 in context

Scripture Focus

36Nevertheless a fountain or pit, wherein there is plenty of water, shall be clean: but that which toucheth their carcase shall be unclean.
37And if any part of their carcase fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown, it shall be clean.
38But if any water be put upon the seed, and any part of their carcase fall thereon, it shall be unclean unto you.
Leviticus 11:36-38

Biblical Context

Clean water sources remain clean; anything touched by a corpse becomes unclean. If a corpse touches the sowing seed, the seed remains clean; but if water is applied to the seed and the corpse touches it, the seed becomes unclean.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your life is a state of consciousness, not a collection of outward rules. The fountain of plenty is the continuous stream of awareness you carry; the seed is your intention; the carcase stands for fear, doubt, and the old self clinging to limitation. When fear touches the seed and your awareness is poured upon it, the seed becomes unclean in your world because you have mixed life with death thought. But when the fountain remains pure and you apply awareness to the seed without dwelling in the old carcass, the seed stays clean and grows. The inner doctrine is this: keep your water of consciousness untainted, stand in the I AM, and sow from that state of fulfilled desire. In that alignment, you separate the inner life from the corpse of past belief and you watch your intention sprout in form.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Sit quietly, assume the state I AM now. Visualize a clear fountain of water pouring over your seed, your desire already realized, while you let the old fear fall away.
