Within the Inner Tabernacle
Leviticus 10:8-15 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The passage commands Aaron and his sons to refrain from wine before entering the tabernacle, keeping clear discernment between holy and common. It also details the eating and sharing of offerings as an inner order and discipline commanded by God.
Neville's Inner Vision
In your present consciousness, the tabernacle is the sanctuary within. The prohibition on wine teaches that no intoxication of imagination may enter the holy place where you stand in the I AM. To distinguish between holy and unholy is not about externals but about which states of mind you permit to dwell in you. The meat offering without leaven becomes the pure sustenance of life—unfooled by ego’s yeast—taken within the holy place as your due. The wave breast and the heave shoulder are outward tokens of gratitude, performed in a clean, intentional space, proving that your peace offerings flow from inner harmony. The command is an invitation to align with your higher self, to trust the inner law that governs experience rather than being ruled by appearances. As you revise belief and feel it real, you will perceive the world responding to the holiness you have decided and maintained within.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit quietly and assume the I AM presence. Repeat: I am pure, clear, and fully present; I taste the most holy nourishment of awareness, feeding on pure thoughts and gratitude, free from ego.
