Biblical Context
Five men scout Laish, observe a quiet, self-satisfied people with no external restraint; they report that the land looks good and that God has given it to them, urging them to possess it.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within Judges 18:7-10, the city Laish is not a map on a compass but a state of consciousness: a people who dwell self-secure, untouched by magistrate or outside fear. The five men, then, are the faculties that survey your inner territory. When they declare the land 'very good' and that 'God hath given it into your hands,' they reveal a truth you can enact: whatever you behold inwardly, you claim outwardly. The moment you notice, judge, or admire a particular life-condition, you are not outside time, you are within your own I AM, your awareness. Providence is not distant; it guides from within, by giving you the sense that it is already done. Obedience is not to some external ruler, but to the inner assurance that you can enter the land of abundance and security because you are the one who chooses and imagines it into being. Do not be slothful; be awake and deliberate: imagine the land as yours now, then watch the outer world align with your inner conviction.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the feeling that you already possess the desired condition. Repeat, 'God hath given it into my hands,' until it feels real.
