Joshua 18:25-28

Biblical Context

The verses enumerate fourteen cities and their villages as the inheritance for the tribe of Benjamin, establishing the territorial boundaries by family lines.

Neville's Inner Vision

Note how Joshua names a map, not a place. Inside you, this list becomes your inner kingdom. The fourteen cities symbolize distinct states of consciousness—loyalty, memory, unity, faith, and the orderly governance of your inner life—centered by a Jerusalem-like inner peace. Benjamin’s inheritance is not a geographic possession but the arrangement of your awareness according to your I AM. By recognizing and aligning these inner stations under covenant loyalty and Providence, you invite the I AM to govern your days. Your imagination is the instrument through which these cities take form; you can revise them, reassign them, and claim them as already given you. When you dwell in this map with an assumption of ownership, you awaken a harmony where each city supports the others and the whole is guided by an unseen, benevolent ruler.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and walk the inner map of your being. Name a few inner cities as states of consciousness (centered peace, loyalty, unity, remembrance) and, with a firm assumption, declare: 'I now inherit these states; I and the I AM are one, and Providence guides them.' Feel it real.
