28Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

Biblical Context

Jesus states that hearing His word and believing the Father grants present eternal life and defies condemnation, here-now. He also speaks of a coming hour when the dead hear the Son and live—an inner awakening of consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, you are not waiting for some far-off day; you are now the living witness of life when you hear the word and accept the Father’s sending. The word is not out there; it is the vibrational quiet within your own I AM, the awareness that gives life to the Son within you. When you hear, you live; when you trust, you pass from death to life in this instant. The hour is now; the sleeping dead in your mind awaken to the voice of your inner Christ, and the dormant becomes alive. The Father has life in Himself, and so He has given life to the Son in you; thus you possess authority to return judgment to the state of mind that imagines it. The graves of belief are emptied by recognition that you are the living expression of God, and resurrection is the inner transformation from accusation to grace, from fear to faith, from limitation to radiance.

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes, hear the inner voice of the Son, and declare, 'I am life now.' Feel the I AM as your present reality and let yourself be living that truth.
