Job 37:12

Biblical Context

All things on earth are turned about by God's counsels, moving to fulfill whatever He commands.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within Job’s line, I hear the I AM turning the world by its counsels. The created order is the field on which God’s commands are made real; the 'counsels' are the inner moves of awareness taking form as conditions, people, weather, or circumstance. What seems to move in the world is not random but obedient to the inner decree of your own consciousness. Therefore, the outer scene is the echo of your deepest assumption. If you desire a shift, you do not fight the outer scene; you turn within, to the I AM that never leaves you. By an act of assumption, you turn things toward your command; the outer is the echo of your inner counsels. When you feel the truth that you are the one who commands the world by the counsel of God within, you align your feelings, images, and daily choices with the desired outcome. The world then revolves as you hold the inner decree, and the earth mirrors your transformed sense of being.

Practice This Now

Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled: 'I am the consciousness turning all things to my good.' Then imagine a scene where a current blockage dissolves and the desired outcome unfolds, and feel it real.
