Inner Job: Wisdom Within
Job 12:2-6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
These verses show the boastful claiming wisdom. Job asserts he has understanding too, and notes the upright are mocked while the secure prosper.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within Job 12:2-6, you witness a scene where wisdom pretends to own the day and the crowd laughs at the one who calls on God; yet this is not a history lesson but a disclosure of inner states. What seems to be happening to people is only your own inner condition projected outward: as long as you believe that wisdom belongs to the few, the wise appear to perish, and those who prosper by fear or anger seem secure. The 'upright man' mocked by neighbors is your inner sense of integrity, treated as if it were a fool by the noise of doubt. The lamp that is ready to slip is your light dimmed by resistance to change; the robber’s tabernacles are the external proof that a mind frightened of abundance seeks safety in outer signs. Remember: God is the I AM within you; he answers the call when your state is clear. Do not chase outward proof; revise your inner conviction until the inner judge and the outer world align, and abundance flows as a natural expression of your lifted consciousness.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Sit quietly and assume the state of the I AM already knowing; repeat, 'I am the I AM, and I understand.' Then revise any sense of lack until you feel the answer arriving in you.
