Biblical Context
Jeremiah 6:1 calls the children of Benjamin to flee Jerusalem, blow a trumpet in Tekoa, and raise a fire sign, for danger comes from the north. It's a wake-up call inviting inner preparation rather than external action.
Neville's Inner Vision
In this verse, the 'Benjamin' aspect is a part of your consciousness; the call to flee Jerusalem marks a moment where an old identity recognizes it cannot stay in the old structure. The trumpet and the fire sign are inner cues inviting you to shift attention inward. The line 'evil appeareth out of the north' signals a thought-form rising from the subconscious, but it need not govern you. By the I AM, you can revise the scene and choose a new state of awareness. Life is a dream of consciousness; you can revise it by assuming the feeling of the fulfilled wish and dwelling there until it becomes your habitual state. The destruction becomes a clearing, making room for a higher order that follows. The verse invites you to stay anchored in the inner kingdom where threats dissolve when you know who you are.
Practice This Now
Assume the state of Benjamin fully awake, gather your inner faculties, blow the mental trumpet, and set a sign of fire in Bethhaccerem by affirming 'I AM that I AM' and 'this inner order is now.'
