'This city' is your inner state, the sense of I AM you are awakening to. When fear or lack takes hold, the mind imagines an assault that seems to burn away your identity. The prophecy becomes a map of how belief can invade your inner city and seem to destroy what you deem real. The remedy is to reverse the script by remaining in the I AM, choosing a state of secure, peaceful presence, and letting the invaders dissolve in the light of that awareness.
