To read Jeremiah 1:2 through the Neville lens is to hear that the word of the LORD comes not to a distant nation, but to the inner self in a moment when your own Josiah decides to reign now. The 'day' and the 'thirteenth year' are symbolic seasons of your consciousness—the moment you awaken to a ruling attitude that will order every thought and feeling. The LORD here is the I AM speaking within, a present command that calls you to align your inner state with truth. Notice that the message comes to a hearer in a defined era of ruling; so too in your life, a ripe season arrives when your inner governor takes authority. When you accept this word as your own, you shift from reaction to response; you live from the idea that your kingdom is already established in awareness. The presence of God is the steady sense of being the perceiver and the doer, not some distant event. Your life begins to obey the inner decree, and the outer world rearranges itself to fit the inner order you now proclaim.
