In the inner theater, the 'name' is a state of consciousness; to 'leave your name' is to drop a self-identity that separates you from your divine being. When the chosen hear the old label as a curse, it indicates you have been living under a belief that you are other than God’s idea. The line 'the Lord GOD shall slay thee' signals a radical inner death of that false self-image; the moment you let go, the I AM within awakens and begins to call His servants by another name. This new designation is not an external title but a living state of alignment with wholeness, sufficiency and creative power. Your inner servant is the awakened I AM, faithfully serving the divine purpose through your thoughts, choices, and actions. The practice is simple: identify the old name you cling to, affirm its cessation, and imagine a higher designation taking its place. Then lean into the feeling of that new name as a present reality, until it displaces the former belief and you inhabit that unity in every moment.
