Biblical Context
Isaiah 63:15-16 pleads for mercy, asking God to look down and reminding us that He is our eternal Father and Redeemer. It affirms that His name is from everlasting, beyond human lineage.
Neville's Inner Vision
Look down from heaven becomes the turning of your inner gaze toward the throne of I AM inside. From the habitation of thy holiness and thy glory names the condition of your mind as holy and glorious—a sanctuary you carry. Where is thy zeal and thy strength, the sounding of thy bowels and of thy mercies toward me? are they restrained? challenges any belief that divine energy or compassion is withheld. The answer is that God is not somewhere out there; He is the I AM within, our Father and Redeemer, and His name is from everlasting. Abraham and Israel are outward identities; the true allegiance is to the eternal Father who never changes. In Neville's language, your state of consciousness is the covenant; you are beloved, redeemed now, and mercy flows as you acknowledge your divine identity. Do not seek mercy as something earned; assume the feeling of being seen, cherished, and redeemed by the eternal I AM as your inner father. When you dwell in that awareness, imagination becomes reality and salvation enters your present moment.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and fix attention on the I AM within. Assume the truth: Thou art our Father and Redeemer; Thy name is from everlasting, and feel mercy already present as your felt reality.
