Isaiah 62:11-12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 62 in context

Scripture Focus

11Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
12And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
Isaiah 62:11-12

Biblical Context

God proclaims salvation to the ends of the world and invites Zion to recognize deliverance as a present reality. The redeemed shall be named as the holy, sought, and never forsaken.

Neville's Inner Vision

I hear Isaiah's proclamation as a turning point in consciousness, not distant history. The end of the world signals the end of an old self and the birth of a state of salvation already within me. I am the daughter of Zion, the inner city of awareness where God’s work is constantly before me. The reward and the work with Him mean that my inner movements align with the I AM that I am; thoughts of scarcity fade as I dwell in the conviction that I am saved, holy, and redeemed. When I name myself as such, I am publicly labeled by my own heart as the holy people and the redeemed of the LORD, and I discover I am sought after and never forsaken, because my soul is safeguarded by divine attention. This is not future promise but the present fact of consciousness; by affirming and feeling this inner state, I live as if the city of my being is eternally inhabited and never abandoned.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state: I am saved, holy, and redeemed now. Feel the truth as if it were already present, and let the city of my being reveal itself as not forsaken.
