The pit from which you were digged represents every yesterday you have believed about yourself; yet your present imagination, rightly claimed, can transform that depth into a seed from which blessing grows. Look to Abraham your father and Sarah your mother; in this inner reframing they symbolize a faith that acts through imagination and a birth of ideas through steadfast attention.
