Isaiah 46:8-9

Biblical Context

The passage commands you to remember the steadfast truth that there is only one God and to bring this awareness back to mind from any forgetfulness.

Neville's Inner Vision

In me, the I AM within stands as the only power; the God of Isaiah is the awareness that is always present. Remember this truth and turn away from any sense of two powers or separation. The verse calls you to recall the immutable, former things of old—the timeless truth that there is one God and that God is within. When I acknowledge that I am the I AM, I align my entire life with that reality, and the images that appear are only my beliefs about myself. The feeling of being separate fades as consciousness asserts its oneness; the world is but an image produced by my attention. The transgressors are my old doubts, catching me in forgetfulness; I replace them with the certainty that I am God in expression. By living as the memory of the I AM, I dissolve limitation and awaken to a present Kingdom where all things reflect this truth.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, declare, 'I am the I AM; there is no other power,' and feel this certainty saturate your heart. Let this feeling remain until it dissolves doubt and reconstitutes your sense of reality.
